Picking the right one is the difference between a same-week answer and a forwarded email.

Before you write
Email sits outside the seal.
Your vault is encrypted on your own device, so we cannot read it. An email is different , it travels the ordinary way and arrives in an inbox a person opens.
Treat it the way you would treat a letter: say what you need, and leave the contents of your estate out of it. We will never need those details to help you, because none of them would let us into your vault either.
We will never ask you for

- Your recovery sentence
- A one-time code we did not just send you
If a message asks for any of them, it is not from us. Forward it to privacy@willwolf.in and delete it.

What you can do with your data
India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives you these rights over what a company holds about you. Ours are shorter than most, because most of it is sealed.
Correct it yourself
You change your account details and everything inside the vault yourself. We never edit your data for you, not your name, not your email, so nothing about you is ever altered on our side.
Delete your account
At any time. Your account and every encrypted estate record are erased immediately and permanently. Nothing is kept.
